This is pretty good!
For the grill:
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
juice from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of curry powder. I use part rogan josh and part curry
salt and pepper
Mix well to combine.
Marinate chicken pieces for at least 15 minutes – longer is better. Marinate in the morning for grilling in the evening.
Grill chicken pieces until done. Serve with brown rice or whole wheat pitas. Yum!
