Getting back on track. Went through a huge plateau, then a wonderful 30# gain after while our house was on the market and we did a cross country move.
No excuses, it just happened and now I am back on track, having lost 5 of those pounds. Whew – they come off so much slower than they go on!! LOL
I have been doing a GI impact plan, which is very similar to WW core program, although your food is portioned out, rather than judging your fullness level.
Onward and downward!!
