Saturday I stayed on plan pretty well. Weekends can be a bit difficult with the ‘free time’ to eat. Or just being out and about.
I really try to stick to skim milk lattes, and just have a few bites of DH’s sweet.
Today I also stayed fairly well on plan – although I had my normal planned bagel and cream cheese for breakfast. Went out shopping with my sister, and I brought along a nutrisystem lunch bar to eat instead of food court food. Very proud of myself!
I really hope to get into the 170s this week.
