Hoping so much to be in the 170s tomorrow! I ate pretty well all week and got in my exercise. Let’s see if I get rewarded 🙂
Made a pizza burger for myself yesterday. Used the Nutrisystem flame grilled beef patty (aka styrofoam puck). Rehydrated it and topped with pizza sauce, low fat mozzarella and turkey pepperoni. Then put under the broiler for a couple minutes. Served it on a whole wheat bun and it was sooo good!
