Got my exercise done for the day. Today was Hi Def Sculpt from the Firm. I think I am feeling a difference in my waist and abs. Not totally sure, but they feel tighter. Measurements come in a week or so. I am liking the workouts more the more I do them.
I am getting myself prepped to do Nutrisystem every other day, with a 1500 calorie day of my own foods as an alternate. I am going to stick to NS guidelines for what constitutes a meal. I want to head off any plateau that might be on the way. My personal decision is that 1200 calories is too low for me, since I workout every day. If I get stuck at higher calories, I can always lower them – but if I am at 1200 already, where do I go from there? Can’t go lower.
