Lost exactly one pound, which puts me at exactly 169! I did it!!! Yippee!! I am now trying to think of what my reward will be. Either a new bra with a fitting, or possibly some guitar technique books. Can’t quite decide 🙂

Snowy icy slop today. It snowed several inches, and now we are getting freezing rain – so the snow has a thick frozen crust on top. Very difficult to shovel….
