Did another measurement set for the Firm after 2 weeks. I lost a bit more inches. 1/2 inch off my waist, an inch off my arm (yes!!!!!) and half inch off my hips. Thighs aren’t really budging LOL.
Overall, very pleased with the last month and the Firm workouts. I have to tally it, but I think overall about 10 inches gone in the last 28 days. Not too shabby!
For some reason, I am worried about plateauing here. I am losing inches, so that is great in that respect, but I just do not want to get stuck. My calories are around 1350 each day, so I do have wiggle room if I need to go down.
