Happy Monday!

Here’s to a great week! Funny, yesterday I was so hungry all day, today hardly hungry at all. With fewer calories. Go figure LOL.

Today I had:
Breakfast:
NS granola
1/2 cup plain non fat yogurt (replaced the milk for the cereal)
1 cup of chopped strawberries
1 tsp honey (free food)
1 cup of 1% milk (dairy/protein)
coffee

Lunch:
NS Fudge graham bar
1 oz of roasted chicken breast (protein)

Snack:
latte made with 1 cup of 1% milk (dairy/protein)
2 clementines

Dinner
1/3 ounce of cashews (fat serving)
NS mac and cheese
1 cup of steamed broccoli (2 veggies)
1 cup of strawberries (fruit in place of salad option)

Snack:
NS peanut butter cookie
cup of tea
