Weigh in day!

Been traveling back and forth to a conference, so I apologize for the lack of updates.
Today is the last day there, so tomorrow I can sleep!!
I have done quite well on food at the conference, brought my own dinner, ate the lunch there (at a culinary school, no less), and ate the healthy snacks provided.
I even snuck away to use the treadmill to get exercise in. What a geek I am!

So – I lost 1.6 pounds this week!
Pretty happy about that. Firmly in the 150s, and a great loss for me.
