8 minute jogs

Today was Day 2 of C25K Week 5. That means two 8 minute jogs. No problem and I picked up the pace a bit on the second jog. Should be Tuesday when I do the 20 minute jog, if the weather isn’t pouring rain.

As my reward for getting into the 150s, I bought a rose bush. Can’t wait to plant it this week!
