Weigh in day!

Weigh in day and I lost 0.4 pounds. Kind of glad I lost something. With the way I felt last week and dinner out Monday, it could easily have been a gain!

Took a nice bike ride tonight. I really enjoy biking, especially along the paths.
Also did my lower body bowflex workout.

Berry bagel with cream cheese
Coffee with milk

Lunch:
grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of cookie dough ice cream

Snack:
1% latte
strawberries

Dinner:

pizza made with a wheat tortilla, cheese and turkey pepperoni
steamed broccoli
applesauce

Snack:
soy crisps
