Weigh in day!

I lost 1.2 pounds this week!!!! Yay! I am excited! No plateau after all, phew…

So, July didn’t end up too shabby. I checked and on July 2nd I was 149.2, so I actually lost 3.2 pounds this month. I also lost 1/2 inch off my waist, 1/2 inch off my arms, 3/4 inch from my hips and 3/4 inch from my thighs – thank you jogging!!

I need to come up with some new project for August. I am going to continue jogging, but I think I might concentrate on my abs for the month.

    Wow, Lori, you are really on a roll. Good for you. I seem to be stuck at 163. Of course, i know if I eat less I will lose, but evidently I don’t want to eat less.
