Well, I posted a gain this week. 1 pound. I’m not totally sure where it came from, but I imagine it is a combo of:
– The long weekend, particularly Monday at my niece’s birthday party (I’m talking about you, Spa City Cupcake!!)
– My new lifting routine and its subsequent water retention.
– Fiddling with my macros.
Yet another reason to reinforce the need to keep the weekends under control. With my new body shapeover challenge, I imagine the next couple of weeks will be a bit bumpy on the scale, so I’d better buckle up!
