Weigh in day!


Lost 1.5 pounds this week! So that is the 1 pound I gained last week, plus another 1/2 pound. Think the water retention weight from the new strength training program is starting to leave. Phew.
Won’t make judgment on that until I see the scale next Wednesday, but I am pleased for now!

7.4 pounds to goal………

    Disney is a fantastic reward!

    We’re thinking of going to Orlando next year. One of my husband’s reasons for losing weight is to not have to sit in the seats-for-large-people on the roller coasters, like he had to 4 years ago.

    You Go, Lori! 7 1/2 pounds??? You’re almost there. You are really an inspiration to me. One of the reasons I have renewed my weight loss efforts. I want to run like ;you!l

    And Disneyworld? What a great celebration. I think I will start thinking about a trip reward for losing the last of my weight.

    Thanks everyone. It has been a long journey. Years. But – that’s okay. Wish I got it off much faster, but hopefully it will stay off since I took so long, and maybe got it right this time πŸ™‚
