I made the yummiest snack!
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I happen to have fat free)
2 tablespoons of homemade cranberry sauce
sprinkle of granola
1 bag of cranberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
1/2 of a vanilla bean (split and scraped)
1 cinnamon stick.
Combine all over medium heat and cook until the cranberries pop. Mash to desired thickness and let cool. Remove vanilla bean and cinnamon stick.
