Full day

I love those days where my food keeps me totally satisfied all day.

Breakfast was protein pancakes with blueberry sauce and cafe au lait.

Lunch was tuna mixed with light mayo and lemon pepper on a slice of toasted homemade wheat bread and a couple clementines. 10 grams of cashews

Snack: small latte lite from Dunkin donuts, plus 1 coconut munchkin. They sell them by the piece, and that is a nice 2 bite taste. Then I had a teaspoon of natty PB right off the spoon when I got home. I love PB!

Dinner: Oven baked breaded shrimp, pan fried brussel sprouts, unsweetened applesauce.

Snack: Luna bar.

Total was around 1450 calories.
