Go Wear fit

My GoWear fit is here! Yay, a new toy! Nice to have it arrive after my Super Bowl food hangover 😀

It’s actually very small, not totally discreet under a tight shirt, but I don’t think it’s noticeable with any other type of shirts. The software was easy to download and the setup for the GSF was really easy. I had to let it charge off the USB hub for a few hours, then I put it on. I had to fiddle with the strap a bit to get it comfortable, thanks to the loose skin on my upper arm. At least the band holds that in place!

I can’t wait to see what the graphs reveal over the next few days. I’m such a geek.
I did put it on about 1/2 hour after my run outside today (above freezing!!), so I hope that doesn’t make the baseline readings wonky.

Here is the page with details on how it works:

I’ve had mine for a little less than a week but I LOVE IT! Took a little to get it started But it’s so cool to use. I would recommend Keeping it on for the 23 hours suggested so you get the best readings. It’s especially cool to see the sleep readings. Good luck!
