Do you see what I see?

Went out bargain shopping with my mom today, and stopped at Label Shopper. Went there after breakfast at Panera, which followed a workout at the Y. I have been a busy bee today!

Anyhoo,
I found these shorts:

Tried them on and they fit perfectly!
Check out the inside label!

I had to buy them! I put on a pair of size 6!!!! And no number 2 in front of it, either(or even a 1)! All this hard work I have been doing at the Y this past 30 days has really paid off. Even though the snail isn’t moving, something is! I don’t even care if it’s vanity sizing or a fluke – I own and can wear a size 6!! That makes me totally radiant πŸ˜€

Chalk it up to weights, everyone! They don’t bulk you up. So start lifting!

I am so so so glad I get to be the first one to say

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

I just want to jump up and down right now but I’m pretty sure if I did, my coworkers would think I’ve lost it. So just know, I am totally freaking out, on the inside.

    YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree, the inches do seem to disappear when you work out with weights!

    Congrats!!!!!

Ditto your comment about lifting!!! Strength training is definitely an essential element towards slimming down!

I love “and no 2 in front”! I know we’re more than a number, but I’m all about numbers. 6 is one of my favorites πŸ™‚

    Congrats, Lori!
