Which of these 14 superfoods do you eat regularly?
1. Blueberries
2. Tomatoes.
3. Salmon
4. Beans

13. Pumpkin
14. Oats

I eat about 10 on a very regular basis several times a week (I guess I count chicken in the turkey family).
Ones I don’t eat much of? Tomatoes, spinach, salmon, beans

    I eat tomatoes, salmon, beans, broccoli, and spinach around 3 times a week. Every day I eat yogurt and drink tea. I also eat some form of soy every day, be it soy milk or tofu in my soup and salad.

    I never eat blueberries they are too expensive in Japan. Oranges give me heartburn. Turkey is not available but I eat chicken every week.

    After reading your post I decided to check out more about walnuts. I see them and almonds at the grocery store everyday but did not think about eating them.

    Do pumpkin seeds count? 😛 Otherwise, tea and walnuts. I like tea, but if given a choice, I’ll always pick coffee!

    I was actually checking my most logged foods of all time on the Daily Plate today, and tomato was at the top of the list!

    Hi! Let’s see – I eat blueberries (frozen), tomatoes, beans, soy, spinach, tea, yogurt, walnuts, broccoli, oranges and oats.

    I don’t eat turkey or pumpkin even though I did buy a can of pumpkin to put into my oatmeal but I still haven’t tried it. I do want to start buying ground turkey to make burgers or meatballs. I just get into a food rut and I seem to eat the same foods. I will have to mix it up soon.

    Sometimes, but not so regularly:
    tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, oranges, pumpkin

    I eat all of them on a regular basis….except the nuts. I’m allergic. Which sucks because I love them!
