Okay – I am making a vow here that this weekend I will remain in control with my eating. My weekend starts on Friday (or officially Thursday night, I guess) – so that means I am going to eat moderately as of right now.
I do have breakfast out Friday, and I am going to focus on the best thing I can get on the menu. This will be after my Y workout, so it can be challenging when I am hungry!
On Saturday, we are going to spend the day biking, so I will have some frozen yogurt.
But no mindless snacking.
