This and that and what's up coming!

It’s my weekend again.
Going to make another attempt to eat moderately. I tell you, this triathlon training makes me so hungry! So, I do eat more. I am not really trying hard to lose, but I don’t really want to gain, either! It’s good maintenance practice, at any rate.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that I appreciate all of you readers that comment and give me suggestions! You are all super!

Upcoming blog stuff:

– I bought the domain – so this will be an official little piece of webdom soon! That way I can organize recipes, progress pics, and my exercise journals and misc stuff instead of multiple blogs. Probably get this moved in a couple weeks or so.

– A few more product reviews. I have a review of the nuruplanet exercise cards and Stonyfield products.

– I put up a ticker for the triathlon – eeek! That makes it pretty finite.

Anyhoo, it’s post workout (yay me!) and now post breakfast (yum!) so I have the rest of the day to ponder how to enjoy it!

    GO YOU. I wanted to let you know that I made my first cooked oats this morning and it was great, I paired it with strawberries, maple syrup and a small amount of milk. I’m struggling to finish it but I know that it will hold me over 🙂

    Your triathlon is exactly one week after mine! Eek!! That’s only 9 weeks!!!

    Have you ever heard of temperature change being part of the reason why we feel so hungry after swimming? Besides the calories we burn, apparently jumping in and out of the cold weather stirs up our appetite too. I’m always ravenous after a pool session!!
