Wow these are awesome! I’d use them to do workouts at home and seeing use during travel time in the summer.

Would also be great to be able to utilize this and give up the gym membership next year as it’s something I’ve considered to go into savings instead yet I want to get just a great a workout.

Hmmm. For me I could use them this summer when we spend two months up north with Hubby – with no television or dvd player, no room in the camper for a work out and no gym that I know of within a 50 mile radius. All I’d have to do is step outside the camper, have a look at the cards and do some work!

These cards are a great idea – Hubs and I are taking a few trips out-of-town this summer, and these would make getting the workouts in that much easier.

I would use these at home on the days I’m not with my trainers…I can barely remember any of the exercises that they have me do, so these cards would come in handy!

    What a cool idea!

I would love to have some, so that I don’t run out of ideas after my personal training sessions run out.

I’ve learned so much already, I need more more more! πŸ™‚

I would use the cards when I go see my sister for a month in Tennessee. We also spend a lot of time in my sister in laws summer trailer called Woodsmoke. I like to try different exercises so I make sure and use all my muscles.

I REALLY <3 your blog! Love reading it through my RSS feed. As a matter of fact, I picked NROL for Women thanks to you and am really looking forward to starting that program next week! Thanks for all you do and keep up the good work. You're such an inspiration!

Also? Those little NURU cards look pretty cool. Nice little recommendations of exercises to do anytime!

My strength training has taken a back seat to my tri training, so I think these would be perfect for adding in a few extra strength moves at home!

Those seem like the perfect way to change up the routine! I would use them to mix it up a bit. I tend to get in exercise ruts.

Nothing like a giveaway to bring out we lurkers. πŸ˜‰

Something like this would be great when we’re on vacation this summer; I’m sure they’d help prevent the pizza rolls from becoming belly rolls…

I think these cards would be great for rainy days when I can’t run outside and don’t feel like going to the gym. Also good for use while watching TV! πŸ™‚

I need the cards because I really know nothing about strength training and would love to know what to do. I’d take these with me to hotels and when camping to get some exercise in or just use them around the house. πŸ™‚

i’d use these to try to squeeze in some exercise at work..
i can run my heart out on a treadmill.but no clue what to do when it comes to strength exercises..hopefully this can gimme some ideas..

I never knew such a thing existed! Something like this would be really perfect for me – I have two preschoolers, so can’t attend a gym πŸ™

I could even get the kids doing the exercises with me! πŸ™‚
