The winner of the Lose the Diet book is:
I’ve only dieted 4 times in my life. Once in college to lose the Freshman 15. I suppose that was the craziest as mom and I both ate 1000 calories per day.
The other three times I used Weight Watchers, although I have said good-bye to WW and am now counting calories and watching nutrients.I have gone to an EFT therapist? (don’t know the correct name for the person who does that) and it did nothing for me. I have downloaded a manual to do it myself, and still nada. It makes me a bit sad because I think it sounds like a wonderful technique. Looks like a good book. =)
