Post dinner ride!

It was such a nice day that I wanted to get on the bike and ride. Normally I do the gym on Thursdays, but since it is supposed to be rainy tomorrow, I decided to take a solo bike ride after dinner and save the gym for Friday. It’s really starting to feel like spring now. Things are greening up!

Bike path start. ย I hopped on and off the path tonight.

This light took forever, so I took a picture while waiting for it to turn. Just so you all can wait with me.

The sun came back out about half way through my ride, which was nice. I was beginning to wonder if the rain was going to come early.

The trees are finally budding out. ย This is the more wooded part of the bike path (duh).

An ice cream shop right on the path. I didn’t stop there, though ๐Ÿ˜€

More picture taking while riding!

I passed by Covet House, too.

One of these days I will get up the nerve to ask to see their house!

Nice evening ride!

It felt good to be outside and not bundled up for a change!

Sharing my Photo A Day picture here today. ย The prompt is Something Blue:

I had this drink at a restaurant some time last year and I loved the color of the bottle, so I kept it. ๐Ÿ˜€

How nice to see you finally able to celebrate and enjoy spring! It seems a little surreal, though, because the pics you are showing are similar to what I saw here nearly two months ago!

The temps have just gotten to the point where now things are greening up. It has been a long wait! I’ll have tulip pictures for Friday!

I have a blue bottle of a similar color that I’ve hung onto for a while. No reason, other than that I like the color.

Wish we had an ice cream shop ON the bike path. We have to ride a few blocks out of the way. ๐Ÿ™‚

I never tire of “biking along with you” on your road trips. They always seem so wonderful and refreshing. I am excited to see pictures of trees that are beginning to flower. I think we’re a bit away from that yet – but soon I hope!!

That Covet house looks amazing!! Glad you are able to get out more often on your bike – I know that is one of your happy places!!

I love the Covet house. I am a creeper because I slow down when I bike by it all the time ๐Ÿ˜€
