Quick accountability check in!

Last week’s weigh in I had gained half a pound. This week I lost 1.4, so pretty typical for me on an overall slow downward trend.

I’m feeling kind of snacky this week. Cold weather and I want all the carby things.

I’ll be doing a What’s Blooming post on Friday or Saturday. Still fall flowers and making plans for next year (already!)

    My whole meal plan and grocery list has changed with the advent of cold weather – lots more frozen vegetables now and definitely more meals that include starches over just protein and veg. Isn’t it funny how our bodies just want to bulk up for the oncoming cold

    Congrats on that downward trend. Someone recently told me about the app Happy Scale that they use separately for weigh-ins because you can set smaller goals and it shows your overall trend on a graph. Check it out, it’s pretty cool.
